
I have one general account that we are not able to make a JE too. The account look ok in the database.
I have changed the desc and such but still not working. It does have detail associated with it and is appearing on the trial balance.
Resolution 11 - Run the rebuild_triggers.sql script. See KB 942095.
If this is the resolution, where is this sql script?
Any other ideas?

What does happen when you try to post to the acct? Is it not available?
Make sure the acct is active in COA Maintenance.
I would run the Rebuild you mention from the KB article.
Then make a small change to an acct description in COA Maintenance and save.
Are you validating acct/sub combinations.
