Blocking a customer and updating the balance

Hi All,

I have a couple of queries:

  1. Can you block a customer so customer is not allowed to do any purchase at POS?
  2. If the customer has a credit limit , his balance does not get updated as soon as he does a transaction at POS, then how will the credit limit work if his balance does not get updated in real time?

    Any ideas anyone please? Thank you.

    Hi Rutvik,

    For second query, the customer credit limit will be checked during the transaction on POS, if you check Mandatory credit limit is enabled.
