For me I have joined here to get knowledge and to learn more about dynamics 365 , what people are facing issue and what experts or you can say people those already faced issue and how they overcome and share in this community.
Microsoft provide a small gift :) that is badges when you have give some answers and people get helped from your answer depends on how many verified answer you have been posted in the community.
When ever you can see any post , just go through it and try to give answer if you know, otherwise follow the problem and learn how this works and check your answers in the community. I would say this is absolutely for learning purpose .

When you logged in to the community you can see every minutes its there is one post , so the world is working on dynamics CRM and all problem , issues , suggestion , requirement are posted here . So you can get knowledge in every end, People who wants to share their knowledge this is the best way to expose yourself.
And this is really improve your experience as well , as because in industry level you may not chance to work on all the functionality , and this is the platform to gain knowledge of all functionality in Dynamics CRM 365.
So join and share your experience and gather knowledge.
