I manage a help desk and we use CRM to track our cases/issues. We use workflows (system jobs) to transfer cases to different levels within our organization. One challenge I am trying to solve is reporting on cases escalated between these levels. Who ran which workflow and when.
So far I have found it is best to use the System Jobs entity and the System Job Name and Owner. This allows me to see who ran which job and when. My problem is I cannot output the data from the advanced find or report into a chart. My intent is to show the data in a dashboard by using bar or pie charts if possible.
I can find the data I need, how can I get the data from the System Job entity into a chart?
