Recent items do not show

Since a couple of week recent items do not shown anymore however before it worked fine. We have this problem on al computers and all users have the same problem.

HI,

Have you tried with System admin user also?

Try to use different browser and see if it works.

Thank and yes I did try as admin user and also different browser. All gave the same problem.

You should lodge Microsoft support ticket..

I believe you are using online version of dynamics crm?
