Caption Override not working for Groups in BC Wave 2 2024

Is anyone else seeing their PTE caption overrides for Groups not being applied to Base App fields? For example we modified the "Work Description" group caption to "Customer Notes" on Sales documents. This suddenly stopped working with the update to version 25 (Wave 2 2024) and now displays "Work Description".

Yes, I agree. It was working before, but it's not working with version 25.

How can I tell if there is a Language App installed? We only operate in English. I don't know when, where, or how this would have changed.
