RE: How do I create a closing sheet?
Hi,
Please try the following:
1. In your fiscal calendar ensure that you have a closing period 13 and/or additional closing periods setup. You can create new ones if you like there.
2. In the form that you opened select new and enter a name and a description
3. Navigate to the General tab in the form that you open and enter the posting date (must be the last day of the year) and the closing period at the bottom.
4. Click 'closing accounts'
5. A new form opens
6. Click load balances
7. Select the account for which you want to make a change and click 'transfer'
8. A new form opens
9. Enter the adjustment amount and enter the offset account
10. Close the transfer form
11. Check the suggested transfer
12. Click post.
