a couple of items on setting up routing data
1 - where do you identify the number of operators? the work center can be staffed with 1, 2 or even 0.5 operator - wanting to setup to easily identify and correctly cost.
2 - in a process that produces more than one unit - ie, 2 cavity mold produces 2 units; 4 cavity mold produces 4 units - how to identify as the process cycle is on the injection but the quantity produced could be adjusted depending on the cavitation

Thank you for the blog link, Josh -- I have reviewed alot of Olofs videos and this blog now as well and will experiment to see if it answers the mold cavitation issue but am still not certain as to how to set up the system to see an efficient and visible way to see how many operators are in the routing.

For the variable moulds is that based on availability of the moulds or is it machine dependent? NAV doesn’t do a very good job of specific tool availability. Could be that the routing of the order needs adjusting according to the 2 or 4 moulds availability
