Cannot create a record in Inheritance relation

I'm installing AX 2012 R3 and the database synchronization (executed from the initialization checklist) throws ~150 errors similar to the following:

Cannot create a record in Inheritance relation (SysInheritanceRelations). MainTableId: 2051.
The record already exists.

Repeated runs ended with exactly the same outcome.

If you have any experience with this error, please let me know. I don't know yet whether it's going to cause any problems (or it simply tries to insert the same information twice); I'll update this thread if I find out anything useful.

I don't know what caused the error, nevertheless it disappeared after restarting the AOS and running the synchronization once more.

I have the same thing, I am doing an update from AX4 to 2012, and under while going through the compile step of the checklist I got those errors.

I have tried restarting the AOS, and is now doing CIL compilation.

I will update this post with any further into I find.

Hi Sohaib, that seems to be exactly the problem.

And it looks like restarting the AOS did help.
