PO Receipt/ Invoice Entry startup screen crash

Hi...my user got the error message when try to open the PO Receipt/ Invoice Entry.

It show  PO Receipt/ Invoice Entry encountered a problem and need to close. It is quite similar with the problem that the MDSL start up screen crash.

 Anyone experince this before?
