How can we synchronize this systems from both sides?Without using Ax connector.
Maybe we can use Azure logic apps? or Service Bus?Thanks for help

I'm using AX2012 on premise, and Dynamics 365 CRM, I need synchronize it, when new data adds to AX this data is adding to Dynamics and in the opposite direction
There are third party integration tools with prebuilt interfaces for this, but we have always preferred to use the native CRM/Ax sdks for such work. Much depends on how much customisation you have done on either side, the volume/nature of transactions, the amount of data mapping etc.
Can you tell me please what a third party integration tools did you mean?

Scribe is well known , Jitterbit, Kingswaysoft , Magic, are what I might call industry integration tools, Ax/CRM partners have also built specific connectors e.g. Dynamics People Pyaldes, Folio3 , Sysco, ......
\Much depends on what you want it do, one way or two way, which data and transactions, how customised, how much data mapping is needed, real time or batch etc.
