A security filter has been applied to table Transfer Header. You cannot access records that are outside of this filter.

Hi!

I saw that there was a post about the same type of issue that I am experiencing, but unfortunately there where no clear answersor helpful solution.

I am currently setting up permissions for a User in Business Central Cloud. I have used a security filter on Table Data 5740 (Trabsfer Header). The security filter I'm using is Field Number 2, Field Caption Transfer-from Code. Our customer has several stores and I want to limit the Account Manger's access so they can only view their own transfer orders from the central store to their own store as they are responsible for.

The problem is that I get an error In the Transfer Header saying: "A security filter has been applied to table Transfer Header. You cannot access records that are outside of this filter". I want the Account Manager to be able to viewand edit activities in the role center (the blue squares), but it's not working. What am I doing wrong?

I appriciate all the help I can get on this matter.

Thanks in advance!
Henri

Hi, If the standard security filter cannot meet your needs, I think you can make a simple customization.

    For example, https://yzhums.com/8427/

    Hope this helps as well.

    Thanks.

Have you tried applying a security filter on the location table instead so you filter there instead of on the transfer header?
