Vacation Balance

I have built a Time Off form for our employees. This app pulls all their user info from Dynamics GP. I would like to put the users vacation balance on the app when they login to request time off. I am having trouble finding what table and column I would use from our SQL Dynamics DB to pull this information. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

In Payroll, the field should be in UPR00100 table -- Payroll Master. The Vacation Available field is VACAVLBL.

Hi WynneIT,

If you are accruing in Payroll, the vacation balance is stored in the Employee Master table UPR00100 in the VACAVLBL column.

If you are accruing in HR, the vacation balance is stored on the vacation timecode in the TATM1030 table in the HOURSAVAILABLE_I column.
