Has anyone see this before
The Send Form as E-Mail is greyed out.
I have the e-mail setup

If you to to Purchasing >> Setup >> Email Settings is it enabled there with the PO and Vendor Remittance boxes marked? That's typically what would cause individual vendors to be greyed out.
