I am unable to install the software Microsoft Dynamic NAV 2013 R2 receiving error ocsetup how to fix it?

What is the Operating System you are installing On. I believe it is because of OS compatibility, get the latest CU of NAV 2013 R2 and try installing that or from your current installation folder install .net framework first from pre-requisites folder then do the install.
can you copy Software DVD to local drive and try?
it seems your dvd is in external drive?
Try installing .net framework from pre-requisites folder then do the complete install.

It seems to be Navision already installed on Your machine and you are trying to add / remove components, for this copy Navision DVD to local PC, Select / point the folder of exe file(which prompt during installation) in NAV DVD.
