Incorrect remainder showing when product receipting

Good Day

I am unable to correct a product receipting that has been done.

The PO has a quantity of 5 ordered, there are 3 receipts. The first two are correct and the last one is not

The September 9/21/2018 receipting shows the correct ordered quantity, with a receipt of 1 but an incorrect remaining quantity of 1 is shown and it should be 2

I am unable to correct or cancel this receipting.

The PO is in a confirmed and Open Order status.

    Further to this I tried to update the line >Deliver remainder - I cannot change the number because it is greyed out.

    Hi Angel,

    Can you provide information about which receipts had what quantity on it? Did someone use the Delivery remainder functionality on the PO line to update the expected quantity?
