Why is my service order not posted in posted service invoice in Navision 2018?

Hi,

I was doing a test in Navision. I created a Service Order, with everything filled in and I manage to post it.

However, I don't see my service order becomes Posted Service Invoice.

When I go to Customer ledger entries, I can see my posted service order Documents.

Maybe I missed out something, please kindly advise.

    When you post what options did you select?  Are you selecting an Invoice posting?  Below is a doc that goes over the posting process

    Josh,

    When you say you cannot see the Posted Service Invoice, do you mean you search for Posted Service Invoice and saw nothing? Do you see the Posted Service Shipment document?

    Service Invoice, move to Posted Service Invoices.

    Hi All,

    Thanks for your advices!

    I realize why it my Service invoice was not at the Posted Service Invoice.

    My Sales Order was at a date earlier than the date I create my sales order so it wasn't showing. Once I set the day as today, it shows.
