FIeld Service Schedule Board limitations

We are not using the Field Service functionality so far and I have concerns when I see pics & presentations in the Internet. Maybe, somebody can answer the following questions:

- We schedule our Team in full days, not hours. Can we switch the view to days?

- How far can I scroll the schedule board on the timeline? 1 Month, 3 Month, 1 Year?

- We want to see the customer name in the work order on the schedule board. Is this possible?

- Is there any ressource (pdf, Website) which clearly describes the limitations that I do not Need to ask questions like the one above?

You can change the view by following the image above

It depends on what view are using:

Days - 5 days ahead

Weeks - 5 weeks ahead

Months - 5 months ahead

There isn't really one place to get everything you need for Field Service. I would suggest the best way would be to just google and to mess around with Field Service using a trial version.

Last time I checked, the display on the Schedule Board was only editable in Hours view, not in Days.
