Can't remove purchase line

hi expert.

I have one issue regarding the purchase order which one line status is open .

Wen i want to remove this purchase line ,there popup the error message: Site=LF,Warehouse=LF-HPK,Location=YSM
There are transactions with status Reserved ordered for the dimension of item 1006257.

i checked the inventsum and inventtrans , can't find that in RESERVORDERED

then i try to update remainding qty, get the error as Write-down ordered quantity Site=LF,Warehouse=LF-HPK,Location=YSM Ordered quantity may not be reduced by 1.00 because the available quantity then will be negative.

Any suggestion?

Hi,

I'm not so sure but can you try to check for Inventory Transaction of that line and also Marking of that line to check further?

Hi Alex

in the inventory transation for this line, i can't find any unnormal msg.

BTW, in the same Purchase order, other lines within different itemid, i could remove without error .

hi

I found other information looks not correct.

in the onhandlist. should have one line to match the PO,means the site,warehouse and location is same . but in the list ,without that.

i add new line in this PO, use the same itemid , then could appear normally, and could remove accordingly.

and if i changed the location to other user, check the onhandlist again. the old locaiton show the order in total is -1. and new location shows the 1 as below picture.

Hi,

Can you try to cancel the reservation manually and try again (update reservation quantity to zero)?

Hi Alex.

Actually, i can't found the reservation qty .And at the business operation process , this PO without do any reservation as well.

Hi Jack,

Then I think we might need to engage MS support on this case. If you have technical experience I would also recommend to debug and found the place that the error was thrown.
