What's the best fix for this issue?
We have an active crm user whose email is jdoe@company.com but we also have a disabled user whose email is the same. Now whenever the active user tracks an email from Outlook, in CRM the display name is showing as the disabled user.
Active user = John Doe (jdoe@company.com)
Disabled user = Jim Doe (jdoe@company.com)
When John tracks an email, in CRM activities tab, it's showing as tracked by Jim Doe.
Can someone help me with a fix or a way to delete disabled user? Thank you.
