When I try to open trace parser - this is error message I get

Found the solution:
Go to configuration utility - and select business connector under configuration target
Make sure the environment its pointing has the user created with sys admin privileges.
Not related to this issue directly but also make sure:
you have admin access for the traceparser database and the sql box.
