Discount Triggers Not firing

Good day.

i would like to customize the DiscountTriggers, but for some reason they do not seem to hit any break points.
 can anybody shed some light on this?

any help would be appreciated.

    Hi,

    What kind of discount you are referring here. I think if you provide the issue is greater detail, you would get better answers.

    Hi,

    Are you not able to debug only DiscountTriggers or not able to debug at all?

    Please, have a look at the following article to understand how to debug: axwonders.blogspot.com.by/.../ax-2012-pos-development-application.html

    The only thing to note is: if you have POS higher than AX2012 R2 CU6, you should build all your custom DLLs to POS 'Extensions' folder, not to standard 'Services' and 'Triggers' folders.

    Also, please, note, discount triggers will be  executed only for 'Manual discounts' (called by button click on POS), for discounts configured in AX these triggers will not be executed.

    thank you for your replies. Oksana, thank you, it was not a manual discount hence the fact as you stated the reason that the triggers were not firing.
