Ok, I am getting really frustrated with error messages like this.
Anyone translate for me?
Operating Environement is Windows 8.1 Pro on a Domain. GP 2013 R2 runs fine - no errors
I am logged on machine as the DOMAIN Administrator
I shift, right mouse, run as different user, Domain\Administrator
After installation, I shift, right mouse, run as different user, Domain\Administrator
I click on Registration, enter the keys and WAM - error message.

Solution is SECURITY
Once we determined that the security that was being 'passed as Domain Admin' was not, we were able to correct that problem and get the installation to work within 5 minutes of installation.
Case Closed.
If your System Driver(OS installed driver) contains any user created folders, please rename that folder and try. Also, please very there is any user created folders in your "Program Files" folder.
What do you mean - unwanted - from what folder?

Please remove/rename any unwanted folders in "system drive" and "Program files" folder and try.
