We currently do not have W-9 form generation from Business Central. There might be some 3rd party extensions that can help you on AppSource
Hi, In certain versions, there is 1099 form functionality, but not w-9 form functionality.

You can manually extract data from BC to create this from outside the system, such as the following GP.
