Sales Qualification Agent Activation failed

Hello,

I am trying to enable the preview feature for Sales Qualification agent and I am following this setup guide:

In step 8 for Set up and activate the agent where you should activate the agent. I receive the following error:

Have someone else encountered the same issue and been able to resolve it?

- I am the system administrator in the environment

- I have the Sales Premium license
