    HI Ricardo,

Let me  take you in this way.

I Need to work on Security privileges.

    1. user having some "X" security role. Now, he must view and edit requests for regarding team they own him?

    2. User having some "X" security role, Now, he must create and view notes and activities for regarding teams owned by teams they are a member of?

In this scenario, we dont know which team he belongs to.

What privileges we need to give him ?

    RE: Security Role Previlages

    Hi Paul,

I didn't get your question here. I'm not sure if you are referencing about Case entity when you say "Requests" and if "Request Creator" security role is a custom one. Basically you have 2 types of Team in Dynamics 365 (Onwer and Access). Please, check this article for more details:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/manage-teams

For the first question, you need to check if the referred Team is a Owner or Share. If Owner type, you need to check if there is a role assigned to this Team and what are the privileges. This role + user role will tell to the user if he can access or not records that Team is owning. I also recommend that you read this article about Team member's privilege inheritance: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/security-roles-privileges#team-members-privilege-inheritance

For the second question, you must also check for privileges (regarding Note and Activity entity) included in the role that user has or Owner Team also has. If you are talking about Access Team, a share action for a Case record should also provide inherited privileges (by default) for Activities associated to this case. Please, read this article about Share Records: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/developer/security-dev/use-record-based-security-control-access-records#sharing-records
