Hi Muhammad,
Real-time Service enables retail POS to interact with Microsoft Dynamics AX retail functionality in real time.
1. Create a new method in the RetailTransactionServiceEx class to read data from your customized table. technet.microsoft.com/.../dn126098.aspx
2. Call the new created method from the commerce runtime.
TransactionServiceClient transactionService = new TransactionServiceClient(request.RequestContext);
ReadOnlyCollection serviceResponse = transactionService.InvokeExtensionMethod("Hello", "2014");
