I have made some custom fields in Invoice Entity, and the Currency is set to US Dollars, however I have a custom field Invoice Amount (that is of type Currency), and another custom field Invoice Amount in Euro and I need a way to convert the Invoice amount from US Dollars to Euro. I have tried to set a business rule (if the Currency in the invoice is US Dollar set the value of Invoice Amount Euro in Euro currency) but since the Invoice Amount Euro is also a Currency type I get Euro as a value, and I can't make further calculations. Has anyone achieved to make currency conversion of a amount inside a custom field?
I added one more field as a currency and set a calculation in it (the business rule is still needed). If anyone has the same problem I will provide more details about the solution
Dynamics 365 already has currencies built in that you can use I would not try to do this yourself. readyxrm.blog/.../
