Dear, how can we locate and view the Emails received by a given Contact without having to open all the Marketing Journeys?
I ask because the Emails sent by Dynamics Marketing are not registered in Contact Activities format, as they would be if they were triggered by a Workflow. How can we visualize in this format?
This is important, because think of a scenario that I, as a CallCenter Consultant, come across in a situation that I need to consult and/or specific location E-mail that my client received by Dynamics Marketing, how can I do this easily, with few clicks ?
