How to Find/View Email Activity a Specific Contact Received in Activity Format

Dear, how can we locate and view the Emails received by a given Contact without having to open all the Marketing Journeys?

I ask because the Emails sent by Dynamics Marketing are not registered in Contact Activities format, as they would be if they were triggered by a Workflow. How can we visualize in this format?

This is important, because think of a scenario that I, as a CallCenter Consultant, come across in a situation that I need to consult and/or specific location E-mail that my client received by Dynamics Marketing, how can I do this easily, with few clicks ?

    Thank you very much Nya for return, but is not there the Contact insights in the Contact in my instance.

    Is it need some licence different? For example of Dynamics Customer Insights or the Dynamics Marketing it just should have?

    Hi,

    The Emails received by a given Contact can be found in the following location. (The insights tab of the Contact form - Email Interactions)

    • Email interactions: View complete details of email results for the selected contact, including a list of all messages sent to them, plus lists of all opens, clicks, bounces, and more.
