Hi,

I am trying to access Dynamics 365 from a portal, but I am redirected to my Office apps page. I also tried to access Dynamics 365 directly without using the portal, but I still ended up being redirected to my Office apps page.

How can I fix this and what is causing this?

Hi,

What do you mean by Dynamics 365 from a portal? can you explain which d365 app you are trying to open?
