One click unsubscribe

What is the best way to implement automated one click unsubscribe in Customer Insights and Journeys? I'm asking in the context of Gmail's recent announcement that senders who send 5,000 or more messages a day to Gmail accounts should implement one click unsubscribe.

Can Customer Insights and Journeys handle unsubscribes via an automated POST request from GMAIL or automatically unsubscribe based on emails sent to an inbox with unsubscribe in the subject?

    Hi,

    Please try the following steps.

In the previous step /List rows/ returned a list of contacts that matched the "From" field.
If you have duplicates you need to decide what to do, I assume you will only update the first one returned.
    So, the condition is.
    The expression is: length(outputs('List_rows')?['body/value']).
The Terminate stops the flow if there isn't a match.

The compose gets the first Contact Id
    The expression is: first(outputs('List_rows')?['body/value'])?['contactid']

    Then update the related contact.

Set the GDPR field value in the following figure to Yes.
This prevents direct mail and marketing emails from being sent to this contact.

This will be in de version of January 2024

New requirements from Google and Yahoo for bulk email senders will go into effect in February 2024 that require emails to support one-click unsubscribe. Dynamics 365 Customer Insights will support this requirement for outbound and real-time journeys. To make use of one-click unsubscribe, you'll need to upgrade to the December 2023 release. A feature switch will become available to enable one-click unsubscribe in January 2024. Communication to administrators in the admin center will be sent once this feature is available.

Has anyone heard anything or seen any documentation about how to enable it after the Dec 2023 release? Our marketing team is getting nervous given the looming gmail and yahoo deadlines.
