Connecting an entity to an existing Office group with a workflow or a plugin

Hey,

I have an Office group and some entity is connected to it. Is there a way to create a workflow or a plugin that would automatically connect another entity to that same group? In case it matters, I want this for document management.

If doing this is possible, do I need to know the group's ID, or can I somehow manage by knowing an entity that is already connected to the group (and maybe get the group ID that way)?

Thanks

Office 365 Groups solution contains entities Collaboration, Office Groups Header and Pending Group Members. There is also a process "Connect Entity to Group", which takes as parameters entity logical name, entity id and group id.

If I manually connect an entity to an existing group, the following new entities are created: Collaboration, Office Groups Header, Document Location, Sharepoint Site.

I've tried manually creating all of those entities and also calling "Connect Entity to Group" but it doesn't seem to work. If I go to the entity I wanted to connect to a group and then click "Office 365 Groups", it'll just ask me if I want to create a new group or connect to an existing one.

I've not done this before, but I did check how the integration seems to work. You can check what entities are imported with the Office365 solution and check if any records need to be added for a group.

I'm pretty sure that for an existing connection to a group, you only need to add a document location. The same as the other, only regarding a different record.
