Dynamics 365 Field Services Mobile App options

My customer is implementing Field Services right now. But I found the Mobile App a little bit confusing in terms of installation options. I understand that I have to install the Resco App and then decide whether I use the Woodford Solution if I would like to customize the app or not. But if I use Woodford I have to pay Resco. Am I wrong? I feel that I don't understand very well the options here. Thanks for your help!

    Yes, if you want to make customizations, you need to pay Resco for a license.  If they're on V9, I would recommend looking at the new native mobile model.  It's not as powerful as Resco, but it's a huge step up from the old Dynamics 365 Mobile.  

    Plus, it looks nicer.
