Is there anyway to use Great Plains Dynamics for a Property Management business. I have a client that uses Great Plains but they have been told that only YARDI a=can solve there problems. I need possible solutions for this problem. Any information would be helpful

    There is, indeed!  

    There is too much to go into for the configuration here, but if the needs are simple enough this is easy.  

    When I was an end user and GP Admin it was with a Property Management Firm that used, and still uses, Dynamics GP

    If they want something more akin to a "Yardi" or "RentRoll" they could look into a Dynamics GP Tie-In product by Binary Stream called PrM or Property Management:

    binarystream.com/.../

    But there would be no reason to stop using GP and jump on Yardi
