unable to upload file of 32mb in notes

I have 128MB file size limit for attachments in notes. But when i try to upload file greater than 30mb in notes it gives me unexpected error. Looking forward to all help on this issue.

Hi princePhilip,

Could you give us the steps you followed to increase the capacity of the attachments?

Usually, changing this setting requires a few minutes for it to take effect. Also, you have to clean the cache of your browser, otherwise use a private browser to test.

Hi,

Please navigate to Advanced Settings > Settings > Administration > System Settings > Email tab and change the Maximum file size which will also affect notes attachment size.
