Windows Permissions For Creating EFT Files on a Network Share

I am working with our Internal IT department to give only those GP users that can generate EFT files in GP(Transactions>Purchasing>Generate EFT Files) the necessary windows to create the files on a Network Share.  Obviously, we want this share to be locked down so that these users can't browse tot he share and edit the files in Notebook or drop new files that they have created manually in there.

Does anyone know what the exact windows permissions need to be?  The users are getting the error message below even though they appear to have sufficient right tot he Directory.  I've read on the Internet that GP first creates the file and then appends to it which is what might be causing our issues.

Any SOX people out there run into this?  What did you do.

Thanks!

pretty sure you have to use windows permissions on the folder, everyone full control on the share...and then  full control for system, administrator, and the users you want to have access to the EFT file.

Your IT department should know how to do this
