Hi Wijzijnmeo,
The reason for that error is due to duplicate detection rules set up on Contact Entity in Dynamics.
Maybe you can turn off the duplicate detection rules before importing the records, and then turn them on again when the import is finished.
Or you can turn fully off duplicate detection during data import under duplicate detection settings:
