Contact Form Submission Sends to Specific User?

I have created a Contact Form in Dynamics for Marketing. When a Contact or Lead fills out the form, how can I set it up so that the submission is emailed to more than one user? Ie: our Marketing email and then a specific manager's email (one of our Dynamics users)?

Right now, I have no clue who would even get notified when a form is filled out... It's crazy that this isn't an obvious function.

    Create a workflow that get trigger on create of contact and send email to Manager and others.

    If you are talking about portal, contact us form will create a record in Lead entity. There is no OOB email functionality around that. But it’s achievable using UI workflow without code.

    In Marketing, create a new WF to send email, the trigger should be “Record create” & you can fill out the recipients, say Contact or user, then user’s manager, etc
