ORIGINAL POST:
I have this issue in BC14 Web Client, and also in BC17
We are in Spain, so according to our regional settings, the decimal separator is comma. This is default behaviour in any applicacion (Excel, Windows Calculator and even BC14 Windows client)
Whenever I am in a numerical field, if I press the dot (.) at the numerical keypad, we get a comma on screen (even while typing):
But in Business Central WEB client, we get a dot. Worse part is that this dot is considered a thousand separator, so I want to set price 222,50€, the value that gets in the field is 2.225,00€; so our users cannot use the numerical keypad for their daily routine.
Our regional setting is correctly set to Spain, and values are correctly displayed with commas.- Just when using the numpad, we have this problem
Any ideas on how to fix this?
This issue has been raised before, but without resolution:
Honestly it feels ridiculous trying to explain to a customer that they can't use their numerical keypad on a Financial ERP System.
