CRM and multiple mailboxes

Hello,

In my organization we plan on having several executives using CRM.  These users all have admin assistants who generally manage their exec's mailboxes by adding them as a secondary mailbox to their outlook profile.  As far as we understand things, CRM will only work on a user's primary mailbox.  Does anybody know of a workaround that would allow these admin assistants to use CRM against their exec's mailboxes while they're attached as secondaries??

Thanks,
Matt

We have a similar problem. We have multiple mailboxes for departments such as membership, education, etc. We want to track in CRM emails which arrive in these inboxes. CRM gives this error

only items in the default Microsoft Outlook store can be promoted to Microsoft Dynamics CRM

When you try to track. Any ideas?

    Hi Matt,

Try using OWA for the PA's to access the executives mail boxes.
