I can't download Cumulative Upgrade File (Retail2.0-KB2887502.zip) from Customersource. Every time I try, File Transfer Manager just hangs. I am using Internet Explorer 11.
Any ideas? Any other way to get this file without using IE and the buggy File Transfer Manager?

I am not sure why this is needed, but I discovered it when I could not download files from File Transfer.

I would recommend you putting Microsoft.com in the Compatibility view settings under Internet Explorer's Tools.
