MR and Multi-Tenant

Looking to deploy MR in a multi-tenant environment, looked through the documentation and looking at anything I can find, just not finding recommended practices.  Is it as simple as when you setup the company, and point to the system DB, point to the appropriate GP Instance, then limit the Users in MR security to their own company(s).  That seems to straight forward, but if I don't have to make it any harder all the better.
