Hi,

Is it a possibility to enter different shipping time for different ship-to addresses of a customer?

We have 4 addresses for 1 customer and shipping time differs from 1 day to 20 days.

Sales order different shipping times for different addresses

Hi, a customer corresponds to multiple Ship-to addresses, but there can only be one address on one Sales Order.

For example,

Sales order different shipping times for different addresses

Shipment time is only affected from the fields in Customer Card, and Ship-to-Address doesn't have field that impacts it, so for all addreses for customer the Ship-to time is the same, but methods/agents can vary.

To achieve this You would require a small customization to add a Shipment Time field in the Ship-to address and update the Sales Order dates when the Shipping address is changed.
