Purchase Requisition: Cannot perform Value Paging

Hi Friends,

I was facing the following error when I was refreshing my form after creating a new Request for quote:.

"Cannot perform Value Paging - Structure of Lookup table doesn't match with the Query table structure."

Any suggestion?

    Hi. Do you have any customisations, or have you made any customisations/changes recently to this functionality. You can try and clear your usage data and client cache (AUC files) as the cached queries may be corrupt.

    Thanks Jonathan for you reply. It's about a std problem that affect std environments. I found it in my customer environment, but I easily replicated it in std environment too.

    When you try to create a new request for quote in Dynamics AX 2009, it opens a PurchCreateRFQCase form, After that you create the RFQ header and when pressin F5 button it appears the error "Cannot perform Value Paging - Structure of Lookup table doesn't match with the Query table structure."

    Hi

    An old issue that I stumbled on as i received the same error.

    The problem is in the datasource. If you have a datasource with outerjoin as jointype you will get the error.

    Change the jointype to delayed and it is solved.'

    Your response helped me to quickly solve the issue.

    In my case I could not change the jointype to delayed - it will destroy the form data structure. (Mine is set to innerjoin.) The quickest way round for me was to override the jumpref, declare a new lookup buffer, populate it from the DS record and then navigate to the needed form.
