Location Code not able to Sync with Dynamics Sales Integration

Hello! We have an issue where Business Central is Connected to 365 Sales with Automatically Create Sales Orders turned on. The issue arises as Location Code in BC is set to Mandatory as it is needed to prevent other issues but there is not a way to link Location Code (BC Field) <--> Location Code (Sales Field). Any ideas of how to overcome this within the automatic creation of the sales order? I am sure there's probably a way through integration mapping to sync them but we need it at time of creation.

If it is not possible to define the location in the integration it self, it might be a workaround to set a default location on your customers. That location will be used when the salesorder is created.

You can use an assisted setup guide to quickly set up the connection and specify advanced features, such as coupling between records.

Choose Setup and Extensions, and then choose Assisted Setup.

Choose Set up the Dynamics 365 Sales Connection to start the assisted setup guide.

Fill in the fields as necessary.

Optionally, there are advanced settings that can enhance security and enable additional capabilities, such as sales order processing and viewing inventory levels. The following table describes the advanced settings.

Thank you, Terrance. However, there is not an option anywhere in the assisted setup to define the location code field as it does not exist in CRM out of the box at a sales line level. Once it is created there is a way to modify the connection to sync fields but not modify the advanced feature you recommend above. Still searching for an option.

Modifications to data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales that are performed by the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales connection account are ignored. The changes will not be synchronized. Therefore, it is recommended that you do not modify data by using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for the Sales connection account.
Deleting a coupled record on either end will create error messages that the product is unable to update the deleted records. In order to avoid such situations, make sure that you decouple coupled records before deleting them in either Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales or Dynamics NAV.
