Quick Find Search not Working

The search box in my quick find view is no longer returning records from searching on find columns. We recently had a CRM update and I am wondering if this could break it? I went into Customizations to ensure that the appropriate find columns are checked, published, but still no results. It only works for the primary identifier for the record. Any help would be appreciated.

    Never mind, I set the Find Columns and it appears to be working. I thought that I did that before and published but nothing changed. Again I am not sure what broke it in the first place, if a CRM update can "deselect" these Find Columns, but it works now. Thanks for your input.

    Could you please share a screenshot of your QuickFind View and find columns?
