CRM Mobile - Qualify Leads

From the mobile app, I do not see the Qualify Lead option, but the Disqualify Lead is present. I looked around online and found people with a similar issue, but it was usualy a security issue. I'm part of the system administrator role, so I don't think it's a security problem. I looked at it with the ribbon workbench, but couldn't find anything out of place there either.
