Reporting functional bugs to Microsoft

Hello everyone! 

I have a question. Do you know how/where I can report FUNCTIONAL bug to Microsoft? 

The point is that when verifying the VAT reg. no. via VAT-VIES and downloading the contractor's data, the address data are entered entirely in one ADDRESS field. not individual ones such as Address, City, Postcode. I need Microsoft to verify this issue.

    You can raise a support ticket through your CSP partner to report a potential bug.

    Can you instruct me where I should go and how to raise a ticket? When I try to do it only thing I get after using "+New support request" is "Solution Overbiew"..

    Hello,

    Starting point (for a partner) should be partnercenter.microsoft.com . Someone in the partner org should have had detailed instructions how to raise support request as part of the support contract.
