Unable to Install Dynamics 365 Marketing

Hi Team,

I am having an issue with installing Dynamics 365 Marketing Module and below is the error message when I try to configure from Dynamics 365 -> Instances -> Applications -> Dynamics 365 Marketing Application -> Configure.

"Your tenant doesn't have a Dynamics 365 organization installed."

Any idea how to resolve this issue.

What version of Dynamics 365 Sales are you trying to do the install on? And are you trying to install a trial or have you purchased a license?

Hi VenkataSambasivaRao,

Have you tried to install the Marketing Application from Solution Panel under Instance? You could take the following screenshot for reference.

I do have the same issue. The documentation doens't tell us anything about installing the solution before: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/marketing/purchase-marketing#set-up-an-unconfigured--app

It guides us directly to the configuration wizzard. So is installing the solution required before starting the wizzard?
