View - All Cases Resolved on the first day they were opened

Hi,

Am trying to create a view which shows all cases that were resolved on the first day they were opened.

Seeing as the case doesn't have a resolved on date field, and the only way to get at it would be to use the case resolution activity. But not being able to compare two entities even with a calculated field, there doesn't seem to be an easy solution without using code.

Any suggestions welcome?

    Hello,

    Technically when case is closed it becomes readonly so you can use modifiedon field in your comparisons.
